



Hi, I'm Deborah.For more than 23 years, my work has focused on how the human nervous system responds to pressure and what allows it to remain clear, steady, and resilient under sustained demand.
I work primarily with founders, CEOs, and leaders whose decisions and presence carry real weight.
As a CEO, Founder, Executive or leader, you operate at a level where responsibility doesn’t switch off. Decisions carry weight. Pressure is constant. And over time, even high performers reach a point where pushing harder stops working.
Private Nervouse System Coaching supports leaders navigating executive burnout, constant pressure and responsibility, decision fatigue, high performance without recovery and the the invisible emotional load of leadership.
This is a limited capacity, high-touch private nervous system coaching relationship. I intentionally work a very small number of clients at any one time so each person recieves real presence, flexibility & responsive support.
When a container is full, I maintain a short waiting list rather than overextend the work.
This is not session based coaching, it's capacity-based support.
Many approaches focus on mindset or productivity. This work goes deeper into the nervous system, where stress patterns are held & repeated creating habits which become challenging to break out of. By working with how your system reacts & recovers, we create real change in how you experience pressure, make decisions, and show up in your work & relationships.
Support doesn’t stop at the end of a session. You’ll have access to support between sessions for guidance, clarity, or regulation when needed. This allows you to apply the work, particularly during moments of pressure without having to navigate everything on your own.
This is not a fixed or generic process. The work is shaped around you, your responsibilities, your environment & the pressures you’re navigating.We work with real situations as they arise, so you can respond with intention in the moments that matter most.
This work requires a certain level of integrity, a willingness to be honest, to take responsibility, and to engage fully with the process. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a commitment to understanding how you operate under pressure & then build a more grounded way of leading. That commitment is what allows real, lasting change to take place & you'll feel it in every area of your life.

Nervous system regulation focuses on how your body responds to pressure and stress. Rather than working only with mindset, we work with your nervous system helping you become more aware of the signals your body is giving you, and how to respond to them. Over time, the benefits of this allows you to shift out of a narrow range of focus with the potential of opening up to a more divergent way of thinking & being.
Therapy often explores the past including childhood experiences. My work is more present-focused. We look at how stress is showing up in your body & behaviour now & build practical ways to regulate your nervous system.
Clients typically notice a change in how they experience pressure - feeling less overwhelm & a sense of calm & their days start to feel a little different. Over time there's less reactivity, improved focus & a more grounded presence which allows you to be present & not consumed by work when you are away from work.
